In my opinion this the only hotel to stay at in Rapallo. Fantastic location just out of town so it’s quiet, stunning views over the ocean and Marina and back to the township.

The service in the hotel was outstanding. A wonderful welcome when checking in, they even escorted you to your room and showed you around, very personalised.
We were upgraded to a suite on the first floor that was nothing less than stunning. You entered the room with a large bathroom on the right then lounge and dining room, the bedroom was off to the right side with another large bathroom with a bath.
The most amazing part about the room were the three balconies surrounding the suite, it gave you 270 degree views of the ocean and marina. We had our own sun lounges and table and chairs. My only complaint was the marble tiling on the balcony was dirty, however the internal hotel room was spotless.
The bathrooms were large fitted with marble finishes, good shower pressure and extremely large towels.
The bed was enormous and very comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning was substantial however cook to order eggs were an extra cost, but there was a good selection and no need to order anything else.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us dinner recommendations and help with information on the Cinque Terre.
The pool area was over a busy road accessed by a overpass and lifts, the pool is set on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Lots of sun beds however they are very close together. You were able to access the ocean but it was very rocky.
